BRAVAZZI MIXOLOGY

  • Amalfi Spritz

    1 oz Aperol
    3 oz Bravazzi Limonata
    2 oz Prosecco
    Orange rind & basil for garnish

    Fill wine glass with Aperol and Prosecco. Top with Bravazzi Limonata. Stir gently. Garnish with an orange rind and basil.

  • Blood Orange Italian Fizz

    1 oz Campari
    1 oz citrus vodka
    3 oz Bravazzi Blood Orange
    Orange twist & mint sprig for garnish

    Build in a stemmed glass or wine glass with ice. Add Campari and vodka, and top with Bravazzi Blood Orange. Stir gently. Garnish with an orange twist and
    a mint sprig.

  • Peach Basil Smash

    1.5 oz bourbon
    0.5 oz lemon juice
    1 bar spoon honey (optional)
    3 oz Bravazzi Peach
    Fresh basil leaves

    Add ice to rocks glass and let chill. 

    Muddle basil with lemon juice and honey in shaker. Add bourbon, shake with ice, strain into rocks glass, and top with Bravazzi Peach. Garnish with a basil sprig.

  • Bravazzi Bourbon Sour

    1 oz bourbon
    .5 oz Amaretto
    .5 oz lemon juice
    Bravazzi Blood Orange

    Shake bourbon, Amaretto and lemon juice with ice, strain into rocks glass with fresh ice, top with Bravazzi Blood Orange

  • Peach Mojito

    2 oz white rum
    Bravazzi Peach
    Fresh mint

    Add white rum into glass with ice, top with Bravazzi Peach and garnish with mint

  • Grapefruit Margarita

    2 oz silver tequila
    ½ oz simple syrup
    1 oz lime juice
    Bravazzi Grapefruit
    Sugar rim

    Prep the rim of a rocks glass with lime and sugar. Shake tequila, simple syrup and lime juice with ice, strain into rocks glass with fresh ice, top with Bravazzi Grapefruit

  • Bravazzi 75

    1 oz gin
    .5 oz lemon juice
    .5 oz simple syrup
    2-3 dashes of bitters
    Bravazzi Limonata

    Shake gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and bitters with ice, strain into rocks glass with fresh ice and top with Bravazzi Limonata

  • Bravazzi Mule

    1 shot of vodka
    .5 oz lime juice
    Bravazzi Blood Orange
    Ginger Beer

    Add vodka and lime juice into Collins glass with ice.
    Top with ½ ginger beer and ½ Bravazzi Blood Orange.

  • Blood Orange Whiskey Sour

    2 oz whiskey
    Juice of 1/2 lime
    2 oz cranberry juice
    Bravazzi Blood Orange
    Ginger beer

    Add ice to glass. Add whiskey, lime and cranberry juice. Top with ginger beer and Bravazzi Blood Orange. Stir gently.

  • Bravazzi Fizzi Old Fashioned

    *Batch recipe*

    3/4 cup bourbon
    1 lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. bitters
    2 cups Bravazzi Blood Orange
    Blood orange rind twists for garnish

    Add the bourbon, lemon juice and bitters in a small pitcher. When ready to serve, add ice and stir in Bravazzi Blood Orange. Garnish with blood orange rind twists.

  • Blood Orange Sprtiz

    1 part Campari
    4 parts Bravazzi Blood Orange

    Add ice to glass. Add Campari and top with Bravazzi Blood Orange.

  • Grapefruit Mimosa

    1 part Italian prosecco
    1 part Bravazzi Grapefruit

    Add prosecco to champagne flute and top with Bravazzi Grapefruit.

  • Peach Martini

    1 part vodka
    4 parts Bravazzi Peach

    Add ice to glass. Add vodka and top with Bravazzi Peach.

  • Limonata Pimms

    1 part Pimms No. 1
    3 parts Bravazzi Limonata

    Add ice to glass. Add Pimms No. 1 and top with Bravazzi Limonata.

  • Clementina Aperol Spritz

    1 part Aperol
    3 parts Bravazzi Clementina

    Add ice to glass. Add Aperol and top with Bravazzi Clementina.
